Start your day right with this perfect zucchini and egg omelette, an ideal breakfast option that's bursting with flavor and nutrients! Grated zucchini adds a fresh and wholesome touch, while eggs provide a rich and satisfying protein base.

Ingredients for Omelette:
1 zucchini
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
Spicy pepper
1 teaspoon dry oregano
Green onions, finely chopped
3.5 ounces (100 grams) cheddar cheese
Olive oil, for greasing
Cherry tomatoes
Tomato sauce or ketchup, for serving

Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the grated zucchini, eggs, salt, spicy pepper, dry oregano, chopped green onions, and grated cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Heat a skillet over low heat and grease it with olive oil.
Pour the omelette mixture into the skillet and spread it evenly. Cover with a lid.
Cook the omelette for 4 minutes on one side.
After 4 minutes, flip the omelette onto the other side using a plate. Continue cooking for another 4 minutes.
Once cooked through, spread tomato sauce or ketchup over the omelette.
Top with halved cherry tomatoes.
